It it just me or do the designers this time around kinda fail compared to the ones in the past?

Dudes... I haven't been able to draw anything in like... FOREVER.

I've been working on realism, and like I decided to draw the Joker, with a pen and it was coming out so amazing, and then...

my mom made me upset.

And the drawing turned into crap. : <


Because when I'm upset... I can't draw.

So my parents are home, they're fine.

Picked out some freakin' UGLY as hell tile.

I swear... I don't know how I got good at design or whatever with these people as my parents.

Anyway, my mom is bitching at me for not getting a scholarship.

I'm seriously considering moving out.  I just don't think that's this whole thing is worth all the shit they put me though.

The only reason people LIVE in San Antonio is because we don't get Tornado/earthquakes/hurricanes/cyclones/godzilla/typhoons here. D:
It's practically the safest place on earth... besides the fact we had over 600 murder cases here in the last year alone... all unsolved.
We're practically the.. .safest place in Bexar County.

ANYWAY.  I'm scared... kinda sorta.
Not for me, cause like... this house has been standing since like the 30's and if it hasn't died yet I don't think it will, but my parents are out shopping all wabi-sobi and I'm like "YO, GET UR ASSES HOME PLZ.  AT LEAST TILL 5." and they're like haha no~

Did anyone catch that I'm actually a big wimp with this entry?  Cause I did.  It's kinda more of an undertone message, you really have to read between the lines.

So I put in my two weeks notice on Sunday and I have to say... I can't wait to get this shit over with.
I payed for my laptop, and well... I just really hate working a steady job.
it's not for me.
It's not so much the stress, and it's not so much the people... well it is kinda the people, but I mean... It's like high school.
You do a lot of work, and you get nothing out of it.
I'd much rather work a temp job and learn new things/see new people everyday. ;A;


I wish I was good enough at art to take commissions. haha  cause that would  be great. BUT OH WELL.



Also, ummmm~~~~ I plan to take my newly found time and draw.  Do I'll probably need to buy some copic ink.... I'm nearly out of red, and seriously... my main yellow is like dead and gone.  The tip is freaking white now. : <

I saw the midnight showing last night with jozie_m and Oh. My, Frea. King. God.
Amazing.

Seriously.  For those who read my journals on DA know that I am very critical of my Jokers, and dude... Heath Ledger is so amazing.

It makes me so sad he's gone,because you just KNOW that The Joker was going to be a key player in any future films. :<  At least the ending made it seem that way, and from how Mr. Ledger played him... it's going to be so hard to fill those shoes.

I couldn't think of anyone at the moment who could play it. lol  Not that good.
But seriously.  It was amazing.  He was scary, psychotic,  and funny.  And just the little things he did - like his hand motions, the way he spoke and reacted to things - were so great.

I can wait to see it again. ;w;~~

Everything that happened last night feels like a dream that's how tired I am. lol

Does anyone else out there feel like they're just drifting?

You know, like in space?  And you're just there... drifting until you find a planet that looks better than the others in whatever way you think and decide to stop and land on it?

And if so, how do you know that planet is better?  What if when you land on it, you discover that it's too good for you.
Like a restaurant with a "no shirt no shoes" policy and you're just sitting outside stuck in the rain because you're wearing flip flops, and the manager on duty doesn't consider those shoes.

What do you do then?  Go back to floating, or just try to change the views of the place?
